Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, should you wish to return an item that qualifies for a return and it is in its original condition then you have 10 days from the receipt.

We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on any any earrings (due to hygiene) and personalised items.

All items go through a quality check before being posted to ensure there are no damages or faults.

If you receive your item(s) and there are any damages, please contact us within 24 hours to advise.


All handmade cord bracelets come with a 3-month repair warranty which covers any manufacturing defects. If your bracelet has developed a defect/fault within this period following purchase date, please email [email protected]


You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched by emailing us. Orders are normally dispatched with 1 working day of being placed unless specified.

Return postage fees for a refund are the customers responsibility. Please ensure items are returned via a tracked service.

Postage fees for repairs will be covered by K Luxe.
